Returns and Exchanges
If your order isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from receipt to return it for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we've made a mistake with your order, please email nornironhelpdesk@gmail.com with a description of the issue and any relevant images. We will be more than happy to advise how you can return the item free of charge and arrange a replacement as soon as possible
Refunds
When your return passes inspection, we'll process your refund and you'll receive a confirmation email. Funds usually appear back in the original payment method within 5-7 working days, although it can be much sooner. If you haven't received your refund after this time please contact your bank as they may still be processing it.

Exchanges
Once your return is received and approved, we'll dispatch your replacement. You'll receive your new tracking via email as soon as it's on the way. Please note that most of our items are made to order, so you may receive your tracking a few days after your return reaches us.
